Terms of Service

1. Services

Belgg Hosting provides hosting services, including game server hosting and related services.

Service details such as price, billing cycle, resources, limits, features, and availability are shown on our website, billing area, or order page.

Services are normally activated automatically after payment, unless a manual review, fraud check, technical issue, or stock limitation applies.

Belgg Hosting may add, change, suspend, or remove services or features at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep your contact details up to date.

Belgg Hosting may suspend or close accounts that are fake, abusive, fraudulent, duplicated, or used to bypass restrictions.

3. Age Requirement

You must be legally able to use and pay for our services.

If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use our services with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Belgg Hosting may suspend or terminate accounts if we believe a service was purchased or used without proper authorization.

4. Payments and Billing

All services are provided on a prepaid basis. You must pay for the selected billing period before the service is provided or renewed.

Available billing cycles may include monthly, quarterly, yearly, or other periods shown at checkout.

Some services may renew automatically depending on the payment method, billing system, or subscription settings. You are responsible for cancelling services or subscriptions you no longer want.

Prices may change at any time. For existing services, price changes normally apply from the next renewal period.

5. Late Payments

If an invoice is unpaid, Belgg Hosting may suspend the related service.

If payment is not completed, the service may be terminated and its data may be deleted after up to 30 days from the unpaid invoice date.

Belgg Hosting is not responsible for data loss caused by unpaid, cancelled, suspended, or terminated services.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your service from the client area or by contacting support. Cancelling a service does not automatically refund previous payments.

Refunds are handled according to applicable law. Where required by consumer protection laws, you may have a legal right to cancel or request a refund.

Outside legally required refunds, Belgg Hosting may offer refunds or account credit at its discretion. Account credit is not withdrawable as cash unless required by law.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you open a chargeback, payment dispute, or bank reversal, Belgg Hosting may immediately suspend your account and services while the issue is reviewed.

Abusive or fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account termination. You should contact support before opening a payment dispute.

8. Allowed Use

You may use our services to host game servers and related applications.

You may upload and use mods, plugins, jars, datapacks, maps, worlds, configuration files, and similar content, as long as they do not violate these Terms, damage our infrastructure, or affect other customers.

You are responsible for anything uploaded, installed, hosted, or executed on your service.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use Belgg Hosting services for:

• DDoS, DoS, or network attacks.
• Malware, ransomware, botnets, backdoors, stealers, or malicious software.
• Phishing, scams, fraud, or impersonation.
• Spam or unsolicited mass messaging.
• Cryptocurrency mining.
• Public proxies, VPNs, tunnels, or relays without permission.
• Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or attacking third-party systems.
• Piracy, warez, stolen content, or copyright infringement.
• Illegal, harmful, abusive, or threatening content.
• Harassment, doxxing, extortion, or targeted abuse.
• Reselling services without permission.
• Bypassing limits, restrictions, suspensions, or security systems.
• Any activity that harms Belgg Hosting, other customers, networks, or third parties.

Belgg Hosting may suspend or terminate services involved in prohibited activity, with or without notice depending on severity.

10. Fair Use

All services are subject to resource limits, including CPU, RAM, storage, network, processes, and other technical limits.

Normal usage of a demanding game server is allowed. A server using many resources is not automatically abuse.

However, Belgg Hosting may intervene if a service:

• Causes serious or repeated performance issues.
• Affects other customers.
• Generates abusive or abnormal traffic.
• Runs unrelated background processes.
• Tries to bypass limits.
• Causes instability due to bad configuration, loops, exploits, or malware.

Actions may include warning, limiting, suspension, migration, upgrade request, or termination. Additional rules may be provided in a separate Fair Use Policy.

11. Backups and Data Loss

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Belgg Hosting does not guarantee backups.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of worlds, files, databases, plugins, mods, configurations, and other important data.

Any backups provided by Belgg Hosting are offered on a best-effort basis and may be incomplete, outdated, corrupted, unavailable, or deleted.

Belgg Hosting is not responsible for data loss caused by hardware failure, software failure, customer error, attacks, suspension, cancellation, termination, unpaid invoices, third-party issues, or other events outside reasonable control.

12. Support

Support is provided through tickets, email, and any other channels made available by Belgg Hosting.

Support response times are not guaranteed unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Belgg Hosting may help with plugins, mods, configuration, and game server issues when possible, but we do not guarantee support for third-party software or custom setups.

Abusive, threatening, insulting, or spammy behaviour towards support may result in limited support, suspension, or termination.

13. Uptime and Maintenance

Belgg Hosting aims to keep services online and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a separate SLA applies.

Downtime may happen due to maintenance, attacks, hardware issues, software issues, network problems, upstream providers, emergency fixes, or events outside our control.

When possible, Belgg Hosting will try to provide notice before planned maintenance.

If a major outage is directly caused by Belgg Hosting, we may provide account credit at our discretion. Account credit is not cash and cannot be withdrawn unless required by law.

14. Network, IPs, and DDoS Attacks

Belgg Hosting may provide DDoS protection where available, but no protection can guarantee that all attacks will be filtered.

If a service receives attacks, causes network issues, affects other customers, or puts infrastructure at risk, Belgg Hosting may apply filtering, rate limits, IP changes, null-routes, suspension, or termination.

IP addresses may change for technical, security, routing, maintenance, or abuse-related reasons. Unless specifically stated otherwise, you do not own or permanently control any IP address assigned to your service.

15. Games and Third-Party Rules

Belgg Hosting is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang, Microsoft, Minecraft, or any other game publisher, developer, or trademark owner.

You are responsible for following the EULAs, terms, rules, monetisation policies, and licenses of any game, mod, plugin, software, or platform you use.

If your service causes legal complaints, violates third-party rights, or puts Belgg Hosting at risk, we may suspend or terminate it.

16. Customer Content and Security

You keep ownership of your content, but you allow Belgg Hosting to host, store, process, transmit, back up, migrate, inspect, or modify it when needed to provide the service, fix issues, maintain security, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

You are responsible for securing your server, panel users, passwords, plugins, mods, files, and configurations.

If Belgg Hosting detects malware, leaked credentials, exploits, abuse, or security risks, we may suspend or restrict the service immediately.

17. Suspension and Termination

Belgg Hosting may suspend, limit, or terminate your account or services if you do not pay on time, violate these Terms, abuse resources, cause network or infrastructure issues, open abusive payment disputes, commit fraud, abuse support, or create legal, technical, security, or reputational risk.

In serious cases, suspension or termination may happen without prior notice.

18. No Reselling

You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially provide Belgg Hosting services to others without written permission.

Running your own game community on a server you rent from Belgg Hosting is allowed, as long as you follow these Terms.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Belgg Hosting is not responsible for data loss, lost income, lost players, reputation damage, downtime, third-party software issues, plugin or mod issues, attacks, payment provider issues, network provider issues, customer mistakes, or misuse of the service.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, Belgg Hosting’s total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the previous three months, unless the law requires otherwise.

20. Changes to These Terms

Belgg Hosting may update these Terms at any time. When changes are important, we will try to notify customers through the website, client area, email, Discord, or another available channel.

Continuing to use the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services and cancel your active services.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights granted by consumer protection laws.

If you are using the services as a business, professional, organisation, or non-consumer user, disputes will be handled by the competent courts under Spanish law unless the law requires otherwise.
